Announcing the release of our new Gadget family.

Not just a "stamp" but a complete line of hardware and software which execute 500 to 2,000 times faster than a stamp. Includes free real time, interpretative, software in Basic, Forth, and Assembler with editor and communications for both Windows and Linux/BSD.

HARDWARE: Ultra powerful stamps operating orders of magnitude faster than competitive products. amrStamps leapfrog bottlenecks caused by inefficient, slow, serial memory with onboard parallel memory. Normally an external, serial, EEPROM is used to contain basic tokens. Each token must be laboriously clocked out of external memory one bit at a time. Worse is that the instruction address must first be clocked into the external memory. Instead of these 64 instructions the amrStamp family executes in one instruction cycle and runs at 24.5Mhz to boot!

SOFTWARE: As innovative as our hardware. Generation six adds Basic to our previous Forth and Assembler capabilities. Much more than simply adding a basic compiler, amrBASIC is interpretative, as basic was orginally designed to be. This means that instructions can be entered at the host computer keyboard and execute on the target stamp now, in realtime, under full operator control to allow debugging on the real hardware, in real time.

Analog Devices 8051 variant, the ADuC816, on a prototyping carrier board. Pins are run out to 0.015" pins on 0.100" centers to match standard vectorboard. Fills the need for one step between using the Analog Devices evaluation board and committing to printed circuit boards. Chop 20% off this price.
